You can book a flight by just paying a minimum deposit of £25 per passenger, however, deposit amount can vary from booking to booking and airline to airline. For making a booking you need to provide us with the correct details of the passengers as mentioned in their passports. Afterwards we will send you an e-mail with an attached receipt invoice confirmation on company’s letter head to take an authorization as well as to confirm all the details comprising Names, travel Itinerary, Passport numbers etc. It is your responsibility to check everything with keen interest and reply back in mentioned time so further arrangements can be made. Amendments can be made within 4 hours after receiving the e-mail. If the details are according to your requirements, please reply to the e-mail or send us signed invoice e-mail. After the mentioned time all details will assumed to be correct and Name changes will not be permitted. However, you can change your flight dates, timings and number of travelers.
Deposits are non-refundable but they are adjustable. We can only take deposits from your debit or credit cards, you have to pay Remaining balance for the tickets into the company’s bank account for security purposes by cash or online transfers. It is your responsibility to pay the remaining balance before or on the due date mentioned for the ticket issuance. Failure to do so may result in (a) Auto cancellation of the reservation by the airline, (b) Increase in airfares or change in the flight details, (c) late payment penalty which is 150 GBP minimum per day.
All tickets once issued are Non-refundable. Tickets are neither refundable nor adjustable or endorsable in any case of cancellations, airline failures, medical grounds, breach of contract or no-show. You should be at airport checking desk at-least 3 hours prior to departure. If the desk closes before you check in you will be considered as no-show and you will not be abloe to use the particular ticket any more. Paid deposit is the guarantee of your seat not fare: Airline can change the fares anytime without any notification. It is your responsibility to make arrangements to get your tickets as soon as possible.
If you cancel your booking for any reason you have to pay £198 cancellation charges for it. As tickets are completely non-refundable (even taxes) changes will not be permitted in any case and you won’t be able to claim any money from us. For date changings, please contact us 48 hours prior to departure from Monday to Friday. A standard date change penalty of £175 plus admin cost plus fare difference, if any, plus tax difference, if any, will be applicable per adult per child. On Saturday’s, Sunday’s and public holidays date changing will not be permitted. Name/Route changing is not allowed in any case.
